The project of museum train "Romantika" was established in 1996 with the intention to offer attractive excursions-journeys in the domestic passenger traffic, in a well preserved and restored train.
The steam locomotives date from 1944.

- Smederevo, the old Serbian capital, with the offered sightseeing of the old monuments and grape picking during Days of Grapes Harvest
- Despotovac, an extraordinary possibility to visit the Resava Cave, the "Manasija" monastery, and the “Lisine” falls.
- Ovčar Banja (Ovcar Spa), a place for nature lovers, with possible visits to monasteries: Blagoveštanje, Nikolje, Jovanje
- Beška, a place of extraordinary natural beauty, with a possible visit to Krčedinska Ada (island) on the Danube by a ferry-boat, and a visit to “Zekin Salaš”
MOKRA GORA – ŠARGAN EIGHT
The visit to the “Šargan Eight” complex is organized twice a month, as well as a travel by narrow gauge line by „Nostalgija“ train. The price of one-day trip is RSD 1.422,00 for adults and RSD 826,00 for children (aged 6 to 14). The price includes the ride on the „Nostalgija“ train which commences at 13:25h.
The travel across Šargan railway line lasts 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Bus transfer from Branešci station (the nearest station to Mokra Gori) to and from Mokra Gora as well as the transfer to „Drvengrad“, the ethno-village of Kusturica, are paid directly to the bus transfer organizer in the amount of RSD 500,00.
Entry ticket for Drvengrad is not included, and it costs RSD 180,00
For tourist groups there is a possibility to choose another direction on the basis of prearrangement. The price of transport depends on the number and type of passengers and type of traction.
The maximum train capacity is 500 passengers.

Additional payments for a bus or other means of transportation are paid directly to the organizer of such transport upon arrival of the train to the destination.
*For the routes to Novi Sad, Sremski Karlovci, Vršac, Jagodina, Beška, Bela Crkva, Zrenjanin, Požarevac and Smederevo the train operates with steam traction, and on other routes with diesel traction. |
- For groups of children, aged 6-14 (excursions), the group is formed after the first 15 children and a free transportation is offered for one child; the following group is formed with 26th child to 50 children (51-75, 76-100…).
- For group of adult passengers, the group is formed after the first 30 passengers and free transportation is offered for one passenger; the following group is formed 51st passenger to 100 passengers (101-150, 151-200).
Ticket price includes:
- seat reservation
- transportation of one bicycle
- free parking in the Belgrade station area on the day of the ticket validity.

In the case of insufficient number of passengers, "Serbian Railways" reserve the right to cancel the train 2 days before the announced transportation date at the latest, with the return of the full amount of the train ticket.
